Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions
Absolutely not. Your files are only yours. While your files are on our servers, they are strictly secured and no one can access them. We just keep them for a maximum of 2 hours so you can download them. Right after, they are completely removed forever from our servers. You can also delete the document by yourself at the end of each conversion. We won't check, copy or analyze your files in any way.
Yes. Whether you use DigifyRace for personal or business documents, your files are protected with bank-grade security. All transfers use SSL/TLS encryption, files are processed in isolated environments, and automatically deleted immediately after processing. We never store, share, or analyze your documents.
DigifyRace works on any device with a modern web browser. No software installation required. Supported browsers include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera (latest 2 versions). Works on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. All processing happens in the cloud, so even older devices work perfectly.

Uploading is simple:
• Go to any tool page (Merge PDF, Compress Image, etc.)
• Click the upload area or drag and drop files directly
• Select files from your computer, Google Drive, or Dropbox
• Files upload instantly and processing begins automatically
You can upload multiple files at once for batch operations.
Currently, DigifyRace focuses on file manipulation (merge, split, compress, convert formats) rather than OCR (text recognition). For scanned PDFs, you would need dedicated OCR software. This feature is on our roadmap for future development.
Most files process in seconds. If yours is taking longer:
• Large file sizes (100MB+ files take more time)
• Complex documents (many pages, high resolution images)
• High server demand (rare, usually during peak hours)
• Your internet connection speed
If processing exceeds 5 minutes, try refreshing or contact support.
Yes! You can upload files directly from Google Drive and Dropbox. After processing, you can download results or save them back to your cloud storage. No need to download files to your device first.
